"Maan Gaye Ustaad" is actually a 1981 Bollywood movie directed by S.R. Puttana Kanagal and starring Shashi Kapoor and Pran in the lead roles.
The film follows the story of Raja, a wealthy and selfish businessman who falls in love with a poor girl named Shanti. Shanti is already in love with Raja's friend, Chander, but Raja uses his wealth and influence to try and win her over.
Meanwhile, Chander is wrongly accused of a crime and is sentenced to death. Raja realizes his mistake and helps clear Chander's name before it's too late.
The film was not a commercial success and is not very well-known today. However, it is remembered for its performances by Shashi Kapoor and Pran, as well as its soundtrack, composed by Rajesh Roshan. The song "Dil Mein Jo Baat Hai" became popular upon the film's release.
