A Swedish group that has become one of the most popular groups in music history. They gained critical acclaim from 1994 to 1982 and are still celebrated to this day. ABBA was established by 2 married couples who eventually fell out and thus the group split. Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid are the members and the name ABBA is a palindrome. Based on the first letters of the member names. They reunited after 40 years and produced another album that was received very well. ABBA remains one of the best music artists and among the highest-grossing non-English-speaking groups to continually gain fame. Their songs have been honored in many different programs as well as forms of media.
They toured in 1973, 1974 – 1975, 1977, 1979 – 1980, and 2022. The tour featured here is their 1979 tour. Which was a TV special for European audiences, they were joined by Kate Bush and Roxy music.
