The band that made wearing makeup popular kiss was the most influential rock band of all time. The first-ever album they released was called Kiss and was promoted very heavily while on tour. Their first-ever tour though was not helping the sales a lot they gained a reputation for their concerts which included heavy pyrotechnics as well as other stunts. Their second album Alive! Saved their reputation as well as their record holder Casablanca records. They released studio albums as well as live albums which were very popular among fans. They were even included in Marvel comics under Howard the Duck, they also began merchandising during the time and had makeup kits, comics, lunch boxes, trading cards, and a lot more which made them a decent amount of money.

This is the band’s Love Gun tour from Houston Texas in 1977. They were promoting their album Love Gun which became one of their most well-known albums. Dubbed the best band in America their debut in Japan broke records previously set by the Beatles.
