Bruce Springsteen

Boss with his poetic lyrics and amazing song composition Bruce Springsteen has become one of the most well-known rock celebrities in the industry. He started playing the guitar when he was just 7 years old and was in and out of bands at 16. He gained critical acclaim with his live shows and gigs with his band and was approached by John Hammond. His band was called the E street band though initially called Bruce Springsteen Band. He was praised by many and his debut album was a success though it did not sell very well. It was not until his third album that he achieved a breakthrough Born to Run broke the charts at billboard 200. He also became an established songwriter writing hits for many new up-and-coming bands.

This concert is from 1978 in Landover, Maryland. When Bruce was an established star and enjoyed fame and praise for his new style of music.
