The king of pop started singing and dancing at a very young age. He had 10 siblings and formed a band called Jackson 5 with his father and siblings. They toured as Jackson 5 and won talent competitions, their song I want to back charted at the billboard top 200 and stayed there for 4 weeks. They gained critical acclaim and were well praised by many music critics. Michael was also praised for his outstanding musical talents and became a teen idol releasing singles that sold well and accrued further praise. Renaming themselves the Jacksons, they released 6 very successful albums. Michael started his solo career with ‘Off The Wall’ which introduced him to new horizons and expanded his versatility. He won a Grammy for Don’t Stop til’ you get enough. Since he recorded with stars like Freddy Mercury as well as Mick Jagger. In 1982 Thriller was well released becoming a worldwide phenomenon. His performances were extraordinary and compared to legends such as The Beatles and Elvis Presley. He became a stage sensation with his songs and dance routines.
The concert here is live from Wembley London 1988 a concert attended by the Prince and Princess of Wales. He is as energetic as ever.
