A filmmaker Terri Flores decides to document a lost tribe somewhere deep within the Amazon forest. Her crew of a cameraman and an anthropologist come across Paul, a man stranded on a remote island. Though he initially offers help he has some sinister hidden motives, which make everyone uncomfortable. They are now hunting for a legendary anaconda which is worth a fortune if they manage to trap it alive.
