Lt. Marion "Cobra" Cobretti of the Los Angeles Police Department finds himself in the middle of a string of killings committed by the New Order, a shadowy group of assassins who target "weak" segments of society for eradication. Model Ingrid observes the leader of New Order in action and Cobra takes her into protective custody as the murder rate increases. They find refuge in a little village as Cobra falls for Ingrid, but they soon find themselves in a survival situation.
