Dr. Jenny Isaksson is a psychiatrist who works a part-time summer job at a mental health facility with only minimal duties. Jenny moved in with her grandparents in anticipation of a quiet few months while her husband is out from the nation attending a seminar and her daughter is away at camp. But it doesn't take long for this generally stable woman to be pushed to the brink of insanity by disturbing childhood memories, the sudden appearance of bizarre apparitions, and a near-rape.
