After a plane crash in the jungle, a baby who survives is rescued by a wise gorilla. This child named George spends the rest of his years in the jungle where one day a wealthy American heiress Ursula Stanhope comes with her fiancé Thomas Van De Groot who wishes to hunt the legendary white gorilla. They are soon after attacked by a lion and George comes to Ursula’s rescue. They then fall in love and Ursula decides to leave Thomas. She takes George back to America where they learn that George’s friend, a Gorilla has been captured. They hurry back to rescue the ape.
