A banker named Sam Wheat and an artist named Molly Jensen are deeply in love. Sam, however, is forced to wander the world as a helpless spirit after being murdered by friend and dishonest business partner Carl Bruner over a dubious business arrangement. Sam needs the assistance of psychic Oda Mae Brown to make things right after learning of Carl's treachery and to keep Molly safe from Carl and his thugs.
