While testing nuclear weapons the French government accidentally mutate a lizard nest. Many years later a Giant Mutated Lizard emerges from the waters directly into New York. Dr. Niko Tatopoulos an expert on irradiated animals studies the monster. When the creature is called Godzilla by the news a war breaks out between the military and Godzilla. The further shocking news comes in the form of 200 eggs laid by Godzilla which are all about to hatch.
