In the third instalment of the Disney series, Herbie, a Volkswagen Beetle with lots of personality, and driver Jim Douglas are back on the road. This time, Jim and Herbie take part in a road race in France alongside silly mechanic Wheely Applegate. Quincey and Max, a couple of jewel thieves, and Diane Darcy, a stunning woman who drives Giselle, a sporty feminine automobile, are all participating in the car chase.
