Detective Riggs and his girlfriend Lorna though not married discover that Lorna is pregnant. His partner Murtaugh is still figuring out the marriage of his pregnant daughter Rianne to his fellow cop Butters at the time. In the midst of all this, the two detectives find themselves being the targets of Chinese mobsters led by Wah Sing Ku. They team up with a private eye Getz to counter the mobsters before their budding families are harmed.
