Up - and - coming A supposedly straightforward business trip to Scotland for Houston oil executive "Mac" MacIntyre results in more than he bargained for and alters his perspective on life. Mac is trying to rapidly buy out the residents of Ferness so that his corporation can construct a new refinery when his colorful boss sends him there. But after seeing country living, Mac starts to wonder if he is on the right side of this deal.
