In the year 2274, young people live a carefree, hedonistic existence inside the walls of a dome-shaped city. According to popular belief, everyone gets reincarnated for another pleasant life cycle around the age of 30. Those who are aware of the much harsher truth turn as "runners" and escape to a secret haven. Logan, a police officer, goes undercover to find the shelter, but instead, he and runner Jessica try to start a revolution.
