Kept secret from the world exists a highly funded government facility that provides immigration and travel to aliens. Agents Jay and Kay are known as the men in black, they oversee the process of immigration and ensure everything is going smoothly. On their investigation of strange events, they uncover a vicious plan of alien terrorists who plan to assassinate two ambassadors of other alien planets who live on earth in New York City.
