Daniel Hillard, a divorced man, is troubled by the little of time he spends with his kids and comes up with a complex scheme. With the help of his creative brother Frank, he impersonates an elderly British woman and convinces his ex - wife Miranda to hire him as a nanny. Daniel is a better dad thanks to "Mrs. Doubtfire," but when he needs to go to separate meetings at the same restaurant with both Daniel and his nanny persona.
