Anna leaves Mark and their son after confessing to Mark that she is having an affair. When Mark goes to find Heinrich, the man who cheated on him, he is beaten. Mark is horrified. Mark hires a private eye to watch Anna after a string of violent altercations between them. As Anna spirals into insanity, it becomes obvious that she is concealing a much deeper secret—one that is both mysterious and shocking.
