To stop the Borg from conquering the Earth in the past, the Enterprise and her crew track a Borg ship through a time warp. While Capt. Picard and Cmdr. Data fight the Borg Queen as she seeks to seize control of the Enterprise, Geordi La Forge, who is stuck in the past, assists a space travel pioneer in his quest to develop the first warp drive.
