Five high school students from various backgrounds spend their Saturday in detention because of a principal who craves power. The oddball group consists of jock Andrew, outcast Brian, rebel John, princess Claire, and outsider Allison. Each has the opportunity to share their perspective, which causes the others to perceive them slightly differently. By the time the day is over, they wonder if school will ever be the same.
