A Coca - Cola bottle falling from a plane shatters the tribal people's blissful existence in a distant African desert. Tribal chief Xi resolves to return the bottle to the gods in order to end the conflict among the villagers over the unusual foreign artifact. He finally encounters a clumsy scientist on his quest to the "end of the world," as well as a group of insurgents who are holding a teacher and her class captive.
