James Bond, a dapper government agent, looks for a stolen technology that may turn solar heat into a lethal weapon. He soon encounters the scary Francisco Scaramanga, a competent hitman with a seven-figure hourly rate. Bond then teams up with the bikini-clad Mary Goodnight, and the two of them follow Scaramanga to a lair on a tropical island where the hired killer tricks Bond into a dangerous maze for a last showdown.
