James Bond, a British superspy, teams up with attractive Russian agent Anya Amasova in a world-trotting mission to stop megalomaniacal shipping magnate Karl Stromberg, who is threatening to destroy New York City with nuclear weapons, by driving a car underwater and skiing off the edge of cliffs. The most dangerous foe Bond faces in this case is Stromberg's goon Jaws, a seven-foot behemoth with menacing steel fangs.
