Fraternal twins Julius and Vincent, the results of a genetic experiment, are split apart at birth. Mary Ann, their mother, learns they are no longer alive. Vincent, a dishonest street hustler, is currently making a livelihood in Los Angeles. Being nurtured by a scientist, Julius develops into a strong, intellectual, and humble young man who is very naive about the wider world. Julius travels to Los Angeles in search of his family after finding out about his mother and brother.
