Innovative pimp Willie Dynamite puts himself in conflict with Bell, the boss of New York prostitution when he rejects a decree that would place pimps in particular districts. And to make matters worse, two cops start to investigate Willie. Then there's Cora, a former prostitute who is now a social worker, who wants to bring down Willie's business by enjoining his girls to practice reform.
