The Big Chill SOUNDTRACKS
If you were an '80s kid looking for a throwback, you probably turned to the soundtrack to The Big Chill, which is the fifth biggest Motown album of all time. There are so many '60s classics included on the album: "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" by Marvin Gaye, and The Temptations doing "My Girl" and "Ain't Too Proud to Beg." The soundtrack commodified the pervasive feeling in the culture that something vital was being lost.
