With an iconic booming voice, James Earl Jones Voiced the menacing Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise. He initially became popular in dramas he performed receiving a Tony award for his roles. He has since branched into films and acting on the big screens. He has also voiced characters such as Mufasa and was on the original sesame street. He has also retired from voicing Darth Vader since September 2022.

Awards: He has received two Primetime Emmy Awards, two Tony Awards, and a Grammy Award. He also is the recipient of a Golden Globe Award and the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award. Jones was inducted into the American Theater Hall of Fame, he was given the Golden Plate Award by the American Academy of Achievement He was the Marian Anderson Award Recipient. Jones won the Voice Icon Award sponsored by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences at the Museum of the Moving Image.
